Return Eligibility

We offer returns within 7 days after delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.

Condition for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for damaged parcels reported after delivery acceptance. Once the parcel is received and confirmed, any damage claims must be reported immediately at the time of delivery to the courier service.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us immediately (on the same day of delivery) with proof such as images or videos. After review, we will guide you further.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order details. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection of the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
